With only $66 million of revolver capacity left undrawn, Csquare's May 2026 IPO filing said its cash and operating cash flows would cover obligations for the next twelve months. CSQR investors who lost money after today's short report have rights.
NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Csquare, Inc. (NYSE: CSQR) shares fell on October 22, 2026, after short-seller Keith Dalrymple of Dalrymple Finance published a report alleging projected 2026 cash shortfalls at the Company. If you bought CSQR and are now sitting on a loss, you have rights, and you are encouraged to report your CSQR losses here while the investigation is underway. You may also contact Joseph E. Five months earlier, on May 20, 2026, Csquare's amended IPO registration statement (Form DRS/A) told prospective investors: "We believe our existing balance of cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments... combined with our operating cash flows, will be sufficient to meet obligations due or anticipated to be due for the next twelve months and in the longer term." When that statement was made, $734.0 million was drawn on the Company's revolving credit facility. That facility was scheduled to mature in December 2026, roughly seven months away.
Only $66 million of revolver capacity remained undrawn. Operating cash flow was negative. The twelve-month liquidity statement did not expressly identify refinancing of the facility as a condition. Today's short report alleges cash shortfalls inside that same 2026 window.

These include a May 20, 2026 statement that its cash and operating cash flows would be sufficient to meet obligations for the next twelve months. When an October 22, 2026 short report alleging projected 2026 cash shortfalls was published, the stock price declined.
Q: When did Csquare allegedly mislead investors?A: The investigation concerns statements made before the October 22, 2026 short report that allegedly caused investors to purchase CSQR securities at inflated prices.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the CSQR investigation?A: Investors who purchased CSQR stock or securities and suffered financial losses may be eligible. Eligibility is based on purchase date and documented losses -- not on whether you still hold the shares.
Q: What do CSQR investors need to do right now?A: Investors may gather brokerage records showing purchase dates, share quantities, and prices paid. Submit your information for a no-cost, no-obligation evaluation of your potential recovery. No immediate action is required to remain eligible to participate in the investigation.
Q: What documents do I need to participate?A: Brokerage statements or trade confirmations showing purchase dates, share quantities, prices paid, and any subsequent sale dates and prices.
Q: What if I already sold my CSQR shares -- can I still recover losses?A: Yes. Eligibility is based on when you purchased, not whether you still hold the shares. Investors who bought CSQR and sold at a loss may still participate in the investigation.
Q: Do I need to go to court or give testimony?A: No. Participating in the investigation does not require court appearances or depositions. If legal action is later pursued, the overwhelming majority of affected investors never appear in court either.
