The hospital's Emotion Targeting campaign received awards in the Effective Use of Data and Data-Driven Direct Digital Marketing Applications categories.
Developed in partnership with creative agency Kudos and media technology partner DoubleJump, the campaign used live match data to deliver tailored Connected TV (CTV) advertisements to audiences in the UK, France and Germany during the World Cup semi-finals and final.
Turning Live Match Moments into Advertising Opportunities
Using DoubleJump Nexus CTV technology, the campaign adapted advertising messages in real time based on what was happening on the field.
Goals, decisive plays and other key match moments triggered different advertising scenarios, allowing Erdem Hospital to reach viewers with messages that reflected the excitement and emotions of the game.
Advertisements were delivered in local languages, combining a consistent international brand message with content tailored to each market. Integrated QR codes also allowed viewers to move directly from their Connected TV screens to Erdem Hospital's digital platforms.
