(OTCID: ECDP) Provides Corporate Strategic Update and Announces Focus on Expanding Compañía Constructora de Tijuana (CCT) as Its Primary Operating Business Company Initiates Strategic Review of Legacy Investments While Positioning CCT as the Cornerstone of Future Growth GlobeNewswire October 16, 2026

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eco Depot, Inc. (OTCID: ECDP) ("Eco Depot" or the "Company") today announced a comprehensive strategic review of its previously announced acquisitions, joint ventures, and business initiatives as part of management's ongoing effort to enhance operational focus, strengthen corporate execution, and maximize long-term shareholder value.

As part of this review, the Company intends to prioritize the continued growth and expansion of Compañía Constructora de Tijuana ("CCT"), its wholly owned Mexican construction subsidiary, as Eco Depot's principal operating business while evaluating the long-term strategic value and integration of its remaining investments. CCT has been part of Eco Depot's portfolio since its acquisition in January 2024 and is described by the Company as a construction firm established in 2003 with operations spanning civil construction, engineering, industrial maintenance and related infrastructure services.

Strengthening the Company's Strategic Direction

Management believes that focusing resources on businesses with established operating capabilities and scalable growth opportunities will provide greater clarity for shareholders while creating a stronger platform for long-term value creation.

As part of this initiative, the Company is conducting a strategic review of the following previously announced business interests:

Historical Portfolio and Strategic Review

The review will assess each initiative’s operational progress, commercial opportunities, strategic alignment and potential long-term contribution to Eco Depot’s objectives. As described in the Company’s December 2023 corporate update, the portfolio included Bronya Climate Shield insulating coating products; Eko Pave road-repair and pavement-protection products, including Eko Crack, Eko Patch and Eko Seal; and AMSI’s hybrid radio infrared/laser frequency (HRILF) scanning technology. These descriptions reflect previously announced product capabilities and development initiatives and should not be interpreted as confirmation of current commercialization, sales or completed deployments.

Building Around a Proven Operating Business

ECDP has devoted its business-development efforts to exploring opportunities associated with its previously announced technologies and strategic relationships. These efforts have included several discussions concerning potential business opportunities in South America. No definitive agreements or transactions have been consummated as a result of those discussions, and there can be no assurance that any such opportunities will result in commercial arrangements.

Management believes CCT represents a strong foundation for Eco Depot's next phase of growth.

Established in 2003, CCT provides construction, civil engineering, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, telecommunications and specialized infrastructure services throughout Mexico. The company has participated in numerous infrastructure projects and serves both public and private sector clients through a broad portfolio of engineering and construction capabilities.

Management believes CCT's established operating history and service platform provide Eco Depot with an opportunity to build around an active business while continuing to evaluate technologies and strategic investments that may complement its long-term objectives.

Positioned in a Growing Infrastructure Market

Mexico continues to invest significantly in infrastructure and industrial development. Recent public infrastructure initiatives in Tijuana include substantial municipal funding for roads, urban infrastructure and public works, while local economic development efforts continue to emphasize investment, competitiveness and collaboration with the construction sector.

Management believes these market conditions provide a favorable environment to support CCT's continued development and potential expansion.

Corporate Initiatives

As part of the Company's strategic review, management is also implementing several corporate initiatives designed to strengthen Eco Depot's public company profile, including:

Enhancing shareholder communications and investor relations;
Expanding the Company's digital presence through updated English-language corporate communications and website enhancements;
Reviewing the Company's capital structure and corporate governance;
Evaluating the engagement of an independent PCAOB-registered audit firm; and
Assessing long-term capital markets objectives, including potential eligibility for higher OTC
Markets tiers, subject to meeting all applicable requirements.

Management Commentary

"Over the past several years Eco Depot has assembled a diverse portfolio of technologies and operating businesses," said Hadelin Carlos Diericx Trouyet, President of Eco Depot, Inc.

"As we move forward, our objective is to sharpen our strategic focus. We believe Compañía Constructora de Tijuana provides a strong operating foundation upon which we can build, while we continue evaluating the long-term role of our other investments. This review is intended to ensure that our resources are directed toward the initiatives we believe offer the greatest potential to create sustainable value for our shareholders."

Looking Ahead

Management views this strategic review as an important step in positioning Eco Depot for its next phase of growth.

The Company expects to provide shareholders with additional information regarding CCT’s business achievements since its acquisition, its current operations, prospective opportunities within the CCT platform, the status of previously announced technologies and the outcome of the strategic review. No assurance can be given that exploratory discussions will lead to definitive agreements or completed transactions.
