Adult Probation and Parole Agency Selects SuperCom's GPS Monitoring Technology
Direct Contract Further Strengthens SuperCom's Position Across New York State
NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB), a global provider of secure solutions for the e-Government, IoT, and Cybersecurity sectors, today announced that it has secured a direct county-level electronic monitoring contract with an adult probation and parole agency in New York State. The award marks SuperCom's seventh new contract in the state since mid-2024 and represents a full displacement of the agency's incumbent electronic monitoring provider.

Under the agreement, SuperCom will deploy its PureOne GPS solution providing the agency with continuous monitoring capabilities. The agency selected SuperCom based on the strength of its technology and quality of service. The award continues a pattern of New York agencies transitioning from various incumbent systems and further expands the Company's base of county customers throughout the state. Rollout is scheduled to begin in November 2026, and the contract follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units.
"Securing our seventh county contract in New York reflects the strong position we are building in the state," commented Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom. "Agencies are choosing SuperCom because of the performance of our technology, the quality of our service and the value we provide. Each successful deployment builds our reputation and supports our pursuit of additional opportunities across the state and the country."
"Supporting an agency's supervision program through a single direct relationship can allow us to serve it more effectively," Trabelsi continued. "We are applying this direct model, alongside our local service provider partnerships, across the United States through reliable, innovative technology, responsive customer support and consistent execution. We have secured more than 50 new contracts nationwide since our mid-2024 expansion and have accumulated over 20 national project wins in Europe."
