Sheridan, WYOMING, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Robinhood Chain did not stop producing blocks on 4 September 2026, despite widely circulated reports of an outage of about 14 minutes, according to findings published today by Glass Hull, the independent measurement practice of Jet Fyul Dynamics LLC. Glass Hull built its own full copy of the chain's permanent record, measured it by two independent methods, and published its core findings as sealed Proof Posits, signed by two hardware devices and anchored in Bitcoin, so that anyone can check the result.

Robinhood Chain kept producing about 590 blocks a minute on 4 September 2026, through both pauses in its posting to Ethereum (shaded) and past the reported 12:57 UTC outage time. Source: Glass Hull, Proof Posit PP-005, sealed and anchored in Bitcoin.
On 4 September the chain produced 854,255 blocks carrying 13,978,496 transactions, never more than 2 seconds apart. What paused was the chain's posting of data to Ethereum: twice, between 12:29 and 12:48 UTC, for 14 minutes in total. Both pauses ended before the 12:57 UTC start time given in published reports. Arbitrum stated the same day that the chain "experienced no downtime."
"Claims about Robinhood Chain have outrun anyone's ability to check them," said K. L. Phillips, CEO of Jet Fyul Dynamics. "We didn't add another opinion. We measured the chain's own record, sealed what we found so it can't be quietly revised, and published the means for anyone to check us."
Findings published today include:
An anomaly held under notice. Glass Hull also traced a path from a multi-signature Safe to a newly created account whose holdings, across two readings, include tokenized instruments of AMC Entertainment and 69 other issuers. On 4 September that account received 35 stock tokens, each minted earlier that same day. Its full findings are reserved for the 72 parties concerned (Robinhood Chain, the Arbitrum Foundation, and 70 issuers), through Glass Hull's Gated Proof Posits page. No finding alleges conduct by any issuer, and publication of Glass Hull's findings never depends on any purchase.
"If your bytes differ from ours, kindly let us know publicly or privately," Phillips said. "A difference is still a finding."
An interactive Evidence Room lets readers replay every block of the reported window, compare both measurement methods and verify each seal: gh.jetfyul.com/evidence-room.
Glass Hull's method is set out in three working papers on SSRN. Its Proof Posits are free, and the complete methods behind the "never halted" and "failed transactions" findings are published free so that anyone with chain access can reproduce them.
