TEL AVIV, Israel, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stark Power Ltd. (TASE: STRK), a developer and acquirer of utility-scale power plants and powered land infrastructure in the United States, today announced it has signed an $85 million financing agreement with Bank Hapoalim, one of Israel's largest banks.
Proceeds will be used to acquire operating utility-scale power assets in the U.S. and to fund the acquisition and construction of projects ahead of financial close.
The financing significantly enhances Stark's financial capacity, allowing Stark to pursue opportunities across the investment lifecycle, from late-stage development projects through operating assets, and to act expeditiously on ongoing transactions while preserving capacity for additional ones.
