(OTCQX: PSBQ), parent company of Peoples State Bank, is pleased to announce that on September 15, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 8, 2026. The current dividend continues a 61-year tradition of cash dividends to PSB shareholders.
