Boulder, Colorado, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Consortium for Service Innovation will host Service Innovation Summit 2027, taking place April 26–29 at Limelight Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. The annual practitioner-led conference will focus on knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and the operating models that enable intelligent organizations to thrive.

Service Innovation Summit is intentionally limited in size to support candid discussion and meaningful collaboration.
Service Innovation Summit brings together forward-thinking leaders, practitioners, and experts responsible for enterprise AI, knowledge management, customer support, organizational transformation, and operational strategy. Designed as a collaborative environment, its unique format gives participants opportunities to connect with peers focused on similar priorities.
Particularly unique to Service Innovation Summit, attendees are also contributors whose shared experiences inform industry guidance and evolving open-source methodologies offered by the Consortium for Service Innovation.
Hosted by a nonprofit industry association, Summit topics are based on current practitioner work and shared interests rather than vendor agendas. Attendees gain actionable insights into how global organizations are using trusted knowledge and technology to scale automation, shaping how organizations engage with customers and each other to deliver new levels of realized value.
The program will feature candid case studies, attendee-led working sessions, and practical discussions grounded in real-world implementation with solutions for today’s most pressing organizational challenges.
Because Service Innovation Summit showcases the most current work and future thinking, final speakers and session details are confirmed closer to the event. Topics will span the methodologies and strategic priorities required for sustainable transformation in an AI-enabled world, including:
Together, these topics address how organizations create trusted knowledge for AI, improve collaboration, anticipate customer needs, and adapt leadership practices while increasing value.
“We’ve moved past asking what AI can do. The more consequential question is: how do we build intelligent organizations, knowledge systems, and human capabilities that are needed in this rapidly changing technology landscape? At Service Innovation Summit 2027, we’ll hear directly from leaders at global companies about what’s working in production, where challenges remain, and how they’re bringing people, knowledge, process, and technology together to create lasting value,” said Matt Seaman, Executive Director of Consortium for Service Innovation.
