The Company's latest team additions enable Dataprana to accelerate regional expansion efforts and reduce land acquisition and permitting timelines.
Dataprana is a power-first data center development company which acquires and energizes strategic sites across the United States, providing AI companies and other load-intensive operators a faster path from raw land to operational compute. Its newly welcomed roles, including a Vice President of Power Origination, a Director of Land Acquisition, and a Site Development Engineer, are supporting the Company’s expansion into new markets across the US as it continues to grow its energized site pipeline and develop a repeatable site design framework for future projects.
Dataprana’s pipeline is on track to surpass 1GW of confirmed mid-scale capacity by year end, with parcels ranging from 10-75MW across Texas. The Company is now expanding its portfolio beyond the “Lone Star State” as AI demand requirements continue to diversify.
The growth of Dataprana’s land and power division directly contributes to its ability to deliver energized sites on accelerated timelines, with numerous sites in the Company’s current pipeline slated for late 2026 and 2027 energization.
