AIT previously announced its entry into a non-binding letter of intent to take the Company public through a deSPAC transaction with SIM Acquisition Corp. I (Nasdaq: SIMA).

AIT expects third quarter revenue of approximately $45 million from its existing businesses along with proforma contributions from the Company's expanded international platform. Throughout 2026, AIT continues to invest in its U.S. manufacturing capabilities, secure mobility solutions, drone technologies and distribution infrastructure.
