BOXABL has delivered a dozen park-model RV Casita units to American Campground on Las Vegas Boulevard, where they remain in permanent use as on-site accommodations. The project shows how BOXABL's park-model configuration — built to the same RV industry standards used across the outdoor hospitality sector — can be deployed as fixed lodging inventory for a commercial campground, rather than as a single home or short-term installation.
Wildfire Relief Support, Pasadena, California
Following the January 2025 wildfires that devastated parts of the Los Angeles area, BOXABL supplied a Casita unit to support relief efforts in Pasadena, one of the communities hit hardest by the fires. The deployment reflects a use case the company has continued to build toward with products like the Baby Box and Sanctuary: fast, factory-built housing that can be delivered to disaster-affected areas faster than conventional rebuilding timelines allow.
Catholic Charities Housing Project, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
A longtime builder turned BOXABL developer completed a 12-unit stacked Casita project for Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City, one of the first multi-unit, stacked deployments of the Casita for a mission-driven housing project rather than a single backyard installation. The project served as a proving ground for the same developer's next, larger effort: a resort-style short-term rental community built entirely on BOXABL units.
Pasadera Casita Community, Stillwater, Oklahoma
Building on that experience, the developer, Zach Punnett, launched Pasadera, a 12-unit Casita community on roughly 3 acres just outside Stillwater, marketed as a resort-style short-term rental destination near Oklahoma State University. Units are fully furnished and aimed at OSU game-day visitors, parents, business travelers, and short-term renters, with nightly rates well below what comparable hotel stays in the area would cost. The project is widely regarded as the first commercial short-term rental community built on BOXABL's technology.
Horizons Getaways Eco-Luxury Resorts, Multiple States
BOXABL is working with Horizons Getaways on a network of eco-luxury cabin resorts across multiple states. The company has already delivered 10 units to the first two locations — Hideaway Inn in Patrick, South Carolina, and a second property in Grapeland, Texas — with additional sites planned across Tennessee, Florida, California and Ohio. The project pairs BOXABL's rapid-assembly units with resort-style amenities such as spas, pools and clubhouses.
Recent Deployments Across the Country
Beyond its larger institutional and hospitality projects, BOXABL continues to deliver units one at a time to homeowners, dealers and small builders across the country.
Taken together, these smaller deployments show how homeowners and small builders can turn to the Casita for backyard studios, guest suites and standalone living space.
Alongside its physical project work, BOXABL has continued to build out the regulatory approvals needed to sell and install its units in new markets. The company has secured approvals in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas, broadening the number of markets where the Casita Studio can be sold and deployed. BOXABL said it plans to continue pursuing approvals in other high-demand states going forward. As demand for its housing system has grown, BOXABL has expanded what it offers beyond the original 361-square-foot Casita. The company introduced the Baby Box, a smaller, RV-code unit built for simpler, no-foundation setups; the Baby Box is currently in the prototype phase, and a production start date has not yet been determined. BOXABL has also continued developing a broader catalog of home configurations, including stackable and connectable models designed to form townhomes, multifamily units, and larger single-family homes. Through its "Build with BOXABL" developer program, the company continues to work with builders and developers on multi unit residential projects; the program is currently available only for orders of 100 units or more.
