(NYSE: SPGI) announced today the public filing of a Form 10 registration statement ("Form 10") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its previously announced separation of its Mobility division into an independent, public company, Mobility Global Inc. ("Mobility Global").
The filing provides detailed information on Mobility Global's business, strategy and historical financial results.
